Working context
Build an appointment reminder agent. It reads tomorrow's and next week's bookings from my calendar, sends an SMS reminder 24 hours and 2 hours before with the address and what to bring, handles simple 'yes / reschedule' replies, and gives me a daily list of unconfirmed bookings. It never contacts anyone outside 8am–7pm.
