What happens after you order

  3. 03A person at 88 Swarm reads the brief and builds the draft agents in your workspace.
  4. 04You review each agent, change the wording where you want it different, and approve it before it is switched on.
  5. 05Nothing runs against a real customer until you switch it on.

What we will need from you

  • · Your business name, trading hours, services, service area and contact details.
  • · Who a question gets escalated to, and how to reach them.
  • · The tone you want, plus any policies and pricing notes an agent must follow.
  • · For each agent: what it should do, what it must never do, what to escalate, and anything specific to your business.
  • · No passwords, API keys, account SIDs or tokens. There is no field for them and we refuse answers that look like one. Access to your systems is arranged separately with you after we make contact.
