Privacy policy

Last updated 19 August 2026 · VivoVac Pty Ltd, ACN 652 414 376, trading as 88 Swarm AI Consulting.

1. Scope

This policy explains how we handle personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, both for visitors to this site and for businesses whose systems we connect to.

2. What we collect from you directly

Name, business name, email address, phone number, the description of the work you want automated, and account credentials if you create an account. If you pay us, our payment provider handles your card details — we never see or store them.

3. Data read from your systems

To design and rehearse an agent we read records you nominate — for example past quotes, invoices, job notes, calendar entries, documents and email threads. Those records may contain personal information about your customers and staff.

We use that data only to map the work, draft an agent, run a rehearsal against closed jobs, and show you the comparison. We do not sell it, we do not use it to train third-party foundation models, and we do not use it for worker monitoring — there is no keystroke logging, idle timing or productivity scoring anywhere in the platform, by design. Access is limited to the personnel delivering your engagement. On request, or within 30 days of the engagement ending, we delete the working copies we hold.

You are the controller of that data. Before connecting a system, please make sure you have the authority and any consents or notices your own obligations require.

4. AI processing and disclosure to providers

Building and rehearsing agents involves sending relevant excerpts of your records to AI model providers and to the third-party systems you connect (for example telephony, accounting and CRM platforms). We send the minimum needed for the task and use providers' business/API terms, which exclude training on your content where such terms are offered. Some providers process data outside Australia, including in the United States and Japan. If your data cannot leave Australia, tell us before onboarding — we will confirm in writing what we can and cannot support before you buy anything.

5. Cookies and analytics

This site uses only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your theme preference. We do not run advertising trackers.

6. Security

Data in transit is encrypted. Credentials are stored encrypted, scoped to the narrowest permission set that does the job, and revoked on request. Every agent action is written to an activity ledger attributed to the identity that took it.

7. Access, correction and complaints

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@greycorai.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

8. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for material changes, notify account holders by email.
