Before you build an agent, map the work it will run every week.

The Work Audit is the cheapest way to get certainty. We spend time with the people doing the work, write down every repeated task, cost it at the rates you give us, and hand you a build plan and a guardrail policy — including who would own each agent once it is running. No platform signup, no card on file, nothing automated yet.

What you get

  • 90-minute discovery session with the owner and whoever does the admin
  • A written map of every repeated task, who does it, and how long it takes
  • Each task costed at the loaded hourly rate you give us — your numbers, not ours
  • A guardrail policy: what an agent may never do in your business
  • A build plan ranked by payback, with the connectors each step needs
  • 45-minute walkthrough of the report, recorded so your team can watch it

You own the report. If you build it yourself, or with someone else, or not at all, it is still yours.

How it runs

Four steps, about a week.

01

Book

Pick a time and tell us the three jobs that eat your week.

02

Discovery

We sit with the people doing the work and write down what actually happens.

03

Map

Every repeated task listed, timed and costed at your own rates.

04

Plan

A ranked build plan and a guardrail policy — yours to keep either way.

The ladder

Audit, then build, then ongoing.

The audit tells you where the hours are. A build session turns the top one or two into working agents on the stack we run today — voice, telephony, scheduling, accounting and CRM. Ongoing service is optional and only ever starts after something is live and supervised.
