No. Adding an agent is $0. You pay a run fee only while it is enabled, or you buy a pack and the pack covers the run fees for its agents.

What is the difference between the platform plan and a pack?

The platform plan is your workspace, seats and agent slots. A pack is a set of pre-loaded agents for an industry, already wired with rules and channels.

What happens to our data?

Your workspace is isolated: we build no shared 88 Swarm model from your emails, files or customer records, and we never pool your data with another customer's. What an agent learns stays in your workspace. When a run calls an external model provider, that provider's own API terms govern their handling — we tell you which providers we use rather than make promises for them.

What is the founding plan?

$99/mo locked for 12 months with Business-level capability, plus the industry pack offer in effect at activation.

How is usage billed on top of a run fee?

The agent run fee is separate from message usage: SMS is charged per segment, and email and web chat are included under fair use.

Can we be invoiced in AUD?
