What is the difference between the platform plan and a pack?
The platform plan is your workspace, seats and agent slots. A pack is a set of pre-loaded agents for an industry, already wired with rules and channels.
Do you train on our data?
No. We do not use your emails, files, customer records or client data to train shared 88 Swarm models. Learning stays inside your own workspace.

Is voice usage included in the $99 voice agent?
