What it is
88 Swarm gives your business named AI agents. Each one does a single job — answering the questions that repeat, drafting a quote from your price list, chasing an overdue invoice, replying about a booking. They draft. You decide.
One brain, many specialists
You tell 88 Swarm about your business once: what you do, what you charge, your hours, your rules. Every agent works from those same facts, so they don't contradict each other and they don't invent prices you never set.
Paused until you say otherwise
A new agent arrives switched off. You rehearse it — ask it things, read what it would have said, change its rules in plain words — and only then switch it on.
Approvals are the product, not a setting
Anything that would reach a customer or commit money stops and becomes an approval request: the work, in full, with two buttons. The rule is enforced in our code, not by asking the model to be careful, so the model can ask for an approval but never remove one.
Refusals, not warnings
A spend cap is a refusal. Past the cap, a run does not happen. A halted workspace does not run. A paused agent does not run. Each one returns a plain reason you can act on.
A record you can check
Runs, approvals and refusals are written to a log that agents cannot edit. Status on screen comes from that record, so an agent can never claim work it did not do.
Where it runs
In your own workspace, in the browser. Your workspace is isolated from every other organisation on the platform, and what an agent learns about your work stays there. Where a run uses an external model provider, that provider's own API terms apply — we publish which providers we use rather than make promises on their behalf.
